Georgetown Real Estate

Georgetown is a town in Floyd County comprised of approximately 3,000 people that was platted in 1833 by George Waltz (hence the name!). As of the 2010 Census, there were a little over 1,000 households and 814 residents within the town limits. There are several historical sites in the area, including the Georgetown Drive-In, a 1950s era drive-in movie theater (one of the few outdoor movie theaters left in the state).
