LISTING AGENT

 

Responsibilities include and are not limited to:

  • Prospects for, presents to, and serves as the key relationship/agent for all of our sellers.  Maintains outstanding conversion rates for leads into appointments, appointments into listing agreements, and agreements into accepted offers.
  • Responsible for identifying, contacting, and obtaining appointments with For Sale By Owners and Expired Listings.
  • Maintaining consistent lead follow-up until the prospect lists or decides not to sell.
  • Develops expert knowledge of local market conditions and pricing trends.
  • Provides high-level fiduciary advice to sellers on pricing strategies and staging homes.
  • Works directly with our administrative team to accomplish necessary repairs, improvements, and cleaning.
  • Consults with clients to ensure fiduciary service of the real estate transaction from initial contact through contract-to-close. (Coordinates with the team’s Transaction Coordinator.)
  • Evaluates showing feedback and re-evaluates pricing as needed.
  • Effectively negotiates on behalf all sellers.
  • Must have current real estate license with 1+ year of real estate experience

Requirements:

  • Active real estate license
  • At least 1 year of real estate experience

Job Type:

  • Commission (plus profit share)

 

BUYER’S AGENT

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Prospects for, presents to, and serves as the key relationship for all buyer clients.
  • Maintains the consistent lead follow-up until the prospect buys or decides not to buy.
  • Lead the clients through our Buyer Consultations/Strategy Sessions.
  • Effectively negotiates, or oversees negotiations with our Transaction Coordinator, for all buyer clients.
  • Works with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and asking great questions.
  • Analyzes clients’ needs and wants and match them to homes.
  • Finds homes on and off the market that meet buyer clients’ criteria.
  • Maintains contact with all buyers and proactively keeps them up to date.
  • Demonstrates a learning-based career history.
  • Ambitious with proven ability to succeed.
  • Willing to learn scripts and dialogues to be more effective.
  • Conducts Open Houses.
  • Attends networking events

SHOWING PARTNER

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assist buyers’ agents by showing homes to buyer clients.
  • Assist buyers agents by identifying homes that meet the criteria as specified by the lead agent after he/she has completed a needs analysis with buyer clients.
  • Conduct Open Houses.
  • Assist with generating new leads for the buyer agent team.
  • Attend networking events.
  • Schedule showings with buyer clients.
  • Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes.
  • Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria.
  • Maintain contact with buyers as needed.

Requirements:

  • Ability to spend a substantial amount of time driving in his or her car and showing properties.
  • Ability to listen to what is said (and what is not said), analyze clients’ needs and wants and match them to desirable homes.

INSIDE SALES AGENT

 

We’re looking for people with die-hard enthusiasm and a willingness to do what it takes to succeed.  If the challenge of making 200+ calls per day to generate business and win gets your adrenaline pumping you should keep reading!

 

  • Inside Sales Agents (ISAs) at The Paxton Group tenaciously prospect for, qualify, and follow up with real estate leads.  They schedule appointments with qualified leads for our agents.
  • This role is primarily in-office with most of the time spent on the phone with prospective buyers and sellers.  
  • Duties include conversations with folks in our database, email communication, coordination and scheduling of appointments, building and managing our sales pipeline by using our extensive CRM/database.
  • Key skills include excellent communication skills, confident phone voice, ability to build rapport quickly over the phone, strong sense of urgency and excellent organizational and time management skills.
