February 14th several members of our team loaded up into a 15 passenger van and headed south for New Orleans! To say it was amazing is an understatement.
We were so lucky to be able to attend the Keller Williams Family Reunion 2019 with 17,800 of our fellow Keller Williams agents. We experienced New Orleans culture but most importantly immersed ourselves in the Keller Williams culture for 3 days of learning.
Family Reunion consists of several main stage events with Keller leadership and then you are able to choose break-out sessions you would like to attend. I split my days up by listings, marketing and then by culture/self growth. I am so excited to start implementing everything that I learned!
My biggest take away was from a class called “How Billionaires Set Goals”. I have some HUGE things I want to accomplish in my life and this class taught me that’s okay to want big things. Big dreams, mean Big Action! I was so excited to bring home all of my notes from this class and take it to my 411 with Kristin. A 411 is a weekly accountability meeting that we have with our leadership where they help us to achieve our yearly, monthly and weekly goals.
Another highlight of the week was that I got to meet Mo Anderson! Mo is the current Vice Chairman of KW and the former CEO. We call her the Culture Queen. I was able to attend one of her breakouts about how to be a culture ambassador and a culture keeper. It was a great experience!
At the end of Family Reunion, they announced next year’s event will be in Dallas, Texas! I can’t wait to see what we will learn.
