Forecast for Sunday: Warm, Sunny and Maintenance Free?

When I pulled up the Weather app on my phone, I saw the forecast for the rest of this week: Rainy Thursday. Rainy Friday. Sunny and 75 on Saturday. 82 and SUNNY on Sunday! As you know, that forecast is certainly not set in stone. After all, we do live in Southern Indiana.

Supposedly sunny and warm on Sunday: it’s a good day to take a little afternoon drive to view an awesome maintenance-free patio home in Jeffersonville. The Living Room has a cozy gas fireplace and opens into the tiled Eat-In Kitchen (WITH pantry!). The spacious Master Suite has a HUGE arched window that lets in plenty of light (perfect for the gorgeous sunny days we were having before today). The attached bathroom has a convenient double vanity and walk-in closet. Enjoy all seasons in the sunroom (a cup of coffee in the sunroom on this rainy evening sounds pretty darn good right about now).

One of my favorite amenities is your access to the subdivision’s clubhouse and pool. I’ve always wanted a pool, but hesitated when I thought about the work involved with cleaning and maintaining it. But here you get all the fun with NONE of the work! Sounds like a winner to me! Oh, and by the way, the price on this home was JUST reduced this past Tuesday!

Make sure to come by THIS Sunday, April 24 from 2-4PM. We look forward to seeing you!
